Happy Halloween! It’s not a big holiday here. So it was just a normal day of resting for me. My big outing was to go to the grocery store right next store to our building. They sell fresh juice which while not always delicious is healthy. We got a carrot, apple, ginger, kale, parsley juice. It was a little too kale forward for our taste, but so healthy.
Jeff also joined me on the roof for my daily walk.

What a great picture of the two of you! The juice sounds delicious! Maybe they can reduce the amount of kale in the next one 😄. You can work through their juice menu, not in one sitting 😉
