Jeff and I went to the mall today. They don’t have Amazon here, so shopping malls, are still popular. Jeff and I went to buy clothes for our nephew’s wedding.
We we’re sucessful at finding the perfect thing for both of us, but I’d so much rather do it online. It’s amazing as a teenagerr on the 80s I loved to go shopping at the mall.
Sven and Sergio helped with the packing today. They kept getting their fur stuck I’m the tape and falling asleep in the boxes.
After my writing class and Spanish class I went for a, walk.
It had rained, so it was much cooler.
Today I went in to get my maitenance drug. I didn’t take a picture because it looks the same every time. I even wear the same shirt.
Then I came home, took a nap and was back to myself. The only side effect I have is it’s making my blood pressure rise. This is a really common side effect. I am on blood pressure meds and take my BP every day. But that is it, not bad as far as side effects go.
Today I went for my doctor’s appointment to get the OK for tomorrow’s maitenance drug infusion. I’m all approved and ready to go.
I spent some of today packing. In theory we don’t have a lot since our apt came furnished. But it still adds up. This is probably the earliest we’ve packed. Usually it’s the night before.
Jeff is feeling a lot better. He’s back to making sourdough bread. He still has a cough. But its much better.
I forgot to mention what we are doing packing. We are moving out of our apartment at the end of the month. Our nephew Brian is getting married in Mexico the first week of March. It’s pefect timing. We’ll go to the wedding which we’re very excited about, then find an apartment after a little vacation in Mexico.
Jeff was finally up for a walk today. We waited until evening so it would be cooler. Its still hot, but not steamy. Jeff and I are moving put of our apartment at the end of the month so we’ve started packing. Since it’s a furnished apartment is not a lot of stuff.
I haven’t posted a door photo in awhile. Today was a,quiet day. Jeff is still sick but starting to get better. I rested most of the day and went for a walk.
Anne and Emanuel left for home this afternoon, but I was able to see then this morning. Jeff it’s still sick so he was in bed all day.
We met at 8am on the Amador Causeway. I thought it would be cooler that early. It was still really hot.
After our walk we went to a coffee shop and all for juice instead of coffee. It was that hot on our walk. It was so great to see them!
Anne and Emanuel had a great trip to Costa Rica. On their way back they stopped off in Panama again. It was so great to see them. Our sloths we’re really happy to see each other again too.
After coffee we walked around the old town.
Anne is from France so we had to get a picture of her in front of the French square. And yes that is a cast on her arm. She broke her arm in Costa Rica. But, she didn’t let it slow her down.
Jeff is still sick, poor guy. But he’s getting a bit better.
I went swimming which was really nice. I didn’t actually swim under the full moon because when I saw it coming up I used it as an excuse to get out of the water. But I was pretty much done. I swam 30 laps today which felt great.
The clouds made it look even more dramatic.
