Happy New Year’s. We spent New Year’s Eve with Amy and Mike and their friends. We all wore our yellow socks for good luck.
In Latin America there is a tradition where people wear yellow underwear to bring good luck. We went with socks. Not sure if wearing a yellow wig counts but if so I get double good luck.
Sven and Sergio didn’t go to the party but were ready to ring in the new year when we got home. We all made it until about 11:30 then went to sleep.
This morning we found them passed out. They must have stayed up partying.
This morning we toasted the new year with toast, and mimosas. Sven was so hungover he had to keep sleeping.
Jeff showed Amy how to make sourdough starter and Sergio got a little too into it.
They also tried to play Jenga but didn’t quite get the idea.
