Tacos!

On Saturday night we went out for tacos. It always amazes me how these guys can stand that close to cooking meat when it’s 101 degrees out.

We started with queso fundido which I’ll admit does not look good. But it was melted cheese and sausage that we put in tortillas.

No beer at this joint only “aguas de refrescos.” Which are basically juice. They are always made in house and always come in these reporposed water bottles. I got the red one which is jaimaica (hibiscus) and Jeff got limonada which was lemonade.

And then the tacos. I know this picture does not look good but it really was. And I know this looks like enough to share which is was. But we did not. We each ate this many tacos .
