On Monday we stopped in for pastries.

They were all so pretty it was impossible to choose.

Jeff ordered coffee, but I got mint tea. I love the pot holder that went over the top and the handle of the teapot.

The bakery had the ubiquitous photo of the Moroccan king Muhammad VI on the wall. Every restaurant, bakery and store has a photo of him on their wall.

The owner put together a selection of pastries for us. They were all good. They all were different and exotic but with at least a bit of familiar taste like a hint of almond, vanilla or pistachio.

Jeff was feeling like himself again.

I felt great, over caffinated and sugared.
