I’m feeling good. Drinking coffee and resting. Nice seeing the sun and mountains out the window. I’ll probably go for a hike in them later today. Hahahaha. Just kidding. I wouldn’t even do that if i was 100% back to normal.

I’m back at our air bnb
Good thing about cancer surgery – no guilt on taking a 5 hour nap. I’m feeling good and very little pain. Still resting and sleeping.
Awake and feeling good.
I’m awake and feel good. I’m not ready to get up and walk around yet, but will be soon. And they said I get to keep the hat.
I’m in some pain but really but that bad.
Ready for surgery with a fancy hat.
Jeff will update in a few hours when I’m out.
Tomorrow is surgery!
This was the view out our window while I had my pre-surgery prep call with the doctor. That has to be sign!
I’m feeling good and ready to get this cancer crap done. It will be laproscopic and I go home same day. It’s about a two hour surgery. They are taking out some lymph nodes just to be absolutely sure they got all the cancer.
So this time tomorrow I’ll be back in our air bnb resting and having Jeff wait on me. Jeff and maybe me will update the blog tomorrow!
Test results are good. Cancer does NOT seem to have spread!
I haven’t talked to the doctor yet, but the results are posted on my chart and look good. No spread!
I still need surgery on Thursday so they can be sure but it’s looking good. Also want to point out I am not nude in this picture. I accidently bought a shirt the same color as my skin. It looked better in the store dressing room when I bought it precovid when you could still try things on.

Pleased to say UCSF was great today. Feel good about surgery there in a few days.
