W2 Day 22

I’m happy to report I like hummus again. I ate it the first day after Wasabi both times and developed an aversion to it.

It was a shame because not only was hummus one of my favorite foods, I also bought a gigantic tub of it at Panama Costco before this last Wasabi. Everyday it mocked me from the fridge. But today I had some and it tasted good again. Obviously a sign I’m on the mend.

They actually tell you not to eat your favorite foods for a few days after Wasabi. Next round I’m going to have all the things I dislike. Maple syrup, Peeps, Three Muskateer bar, and an Almond Joy bar. I’ll wash it all down with a root beer.

  1. If you keep saying things like that, I’m coming down to take your candy away and I’ll replace it with lentils and radishes.

    1. No worries there. I was naming everything I hate and almost needed ginger candy just thinking of all that sweet stuff. Good thing is sweets I have to give up and but salt!
