On Friday we spent the day with Jeff’s mom Jan. She is doing well and it was great to see her.
And we also had to Muppetize ourselves. We ordered Portillos for lunch. I ate it so fast I didn’t take a photo but it was really good. For those not from Chicago, Portillos makes an amazing Italian beef sandwich.
While Jan took a nap, we took a walk in the nearby forest preserve.
For dinner we went out with Don and Gabriella to a really good Italian restaurant.
